What this website does not do
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. It loads no fonts, scripts or images from other servers, and it has no upload form. Links to official websites lead to pages run by those authorities; their own privacy terms apply there.
Server log data
When you open a page, the web server processes the technical data needed to deliver it, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and information about your browser. We use this data to deliver the website and to keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; Article 5(2)(f) of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data). Our hosting provider processes this data on our behalf.
Quote form
If you send the quote form, we store the details you enter (your name, email address, phone number if given, the document and where it was issued, the number of pages if given, whether a notarised translation is needed and your message) in the website's database, together with the date, the page language and the address of the form page. We use them only to answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698). Our hosting provider processes this data on our behalf. We delete the details once they are no longer needed to answer the request, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them. Sending the form sets no cookie.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy. We use your message and your number only to answer you.
If you write to us by email, we use your message and your address to answer you.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and for data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
